Clairette de Die Cake

Ingredients

250g sugar

1 sachet vanilla sugar

4 eggs

250g flour

1 sachet baking powder

1 cup vegetable oil

1 cup Clairette de Die Tradition

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180C (thermostat 6).

Mix sugars and eggs well to obtain a soft mixture.

Add flour and baking powder, mix, then add oil and Clairette de Die.

Put the mixture in a buttered cake tin and bake for 1 hour at 170-200C.

Clairette de Die Shortbread

Ingredients

1 cup Clairette de Die Tradition

1 cup vegetable oil

3/4 cup sugar

Flour

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180C (thermostat 6).

Add Clairette de Die, oil and sugar and mix.

Add flour to the preparation until the dough no longer sticks. Form small piles, twist them and roll them in white or brown sugar.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
